Ning Mould was founded in 2020. We are located in Huangyan District, ‘the hometown of mould’, with approximately 90 employees. In 2023, our annual turnover reached 70 million CNY (about 11 million USD).
We specialize in manufacturing various injection moulds, including IMC moulds, IML moulds, 2K moulds, stack moulds, 3-layer injection moulds, and PLA injection moulds.Our main products include thin-wall moulds for food packaging, industrial packaging moulds, and medical product moulds.
Our design team consists of 12 experienced engineers who would be take charge of DFM analysis, mould flow analysis, and 3D design review to ensure the quality and performance of each mould.We have advanced processing equipment, including 5-axis and 3-axis high-speed machining centers, CNC lathes, and EDM machines. Our workshop is equipped with multiple imported machines, such as machining centers from Japan's Mazak and Makino, ensuring high precision and efficiency.
Quality control is at the core of our work. We follow the ISO9001:2015 quality management system and have advanced inspection equipment such as CMM and 3D scanners to ensure that each mould meets customer requirements.
